I'm now an uncle.
On November 1st, 2025, 4:45am Hong Kong time, my sister became a mum, her partner became a dad, mum became a grandmother, dad a grandfather, my brother and I uncles, and my darling grandfather is now a great-grandfather. I could almost hear the generational cog clicking over and locking into place.
